Our services
ThinkBuildCo designs and builds websites, booking systems, and custom software. The exact scope, timeline, and price of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, we take 50% of the project fee upfront and 50% on completion. Larger projects may be split into milestones. Care Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Revisions and changes
Each project includes the review rounds described in its plan. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we start on them.
Ownership
Once the final payment is received, you own the website or app we built for you, including its design and content. Third-party tools, plugins, and licences remain subject to their own terms.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate content and timely feedback, and confirm that you have the rights to any text, images, or logos you send us.
Liability
We take care to deliver reliable work, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.
